1.  How do I rent Triple Crown Mobile Bar?

First, contact us!  Email us or summit an inquiry via “contact us” form, the very first step is for you to reach out and tell us about your event.  You also have the opportunity to schedule a call w/us to discuss your special event.

2.  Do you provide the alcohol for an event?

**Alcohol is not included in package pricing.  Due to Ohio Law, we are not permitted to purchase or sell alcohol at any event.**

Due to Ohio’s liquor law you must pay for you alcohol separately, but we we’ll be happy to help you with ordering, pick-up or delivery.  We can give you a more detailed estimate if you contact us.  For this to be a legal activity in the state of Ohio, we must be conducting this bartending service on private property or with permission of property owner.

3.  How many bartenders are provided per rental?

The number of bartenders needed for an event depends on the number of guest you plan to accommodate and the bar service you will be hosting.

4.  Is the Triple Crown Mobile Bar Insured?

Yes we are!  We can provide copies of our documents upon request.

5.  Can we decorate the rented trailer to match the decorations our event?

Any decorations that do not include fire, nails, glue, or objects that will damage the trailer can be used to decorate.  We can provide decor and decorations that coordinate with your theme or event for additional charge.

6.  What is the bartender staff attire?

We have casual attire which is pants/shorts black with polo.  Formal attire which is black pants and black top.
